Decapitro Alejandro de la Parra, better known by his stage name Decapitro, is an electroclash musician and performance artist.

 

Born in Mexico City to a Traditionalist family, de la Parra is totally the opposite. He began his musical career in 2009 making trashy music with his sidekick Captain Sergioux. Both made demos at what they called the “Rat hole” in New York City. In 2010 Decapitro started doing all kind of creative arts inspired in horror, future and campy humour. These include music, painting and performance. He has released his major single called “Children of the Corn” (Niños del elote) in 2011. Now based in Sydney, he has a horror podcast under the name “From Beyond”. He is working in his upcoming album “Galdrabok and other Decapitro’s stories ”. People claim he comes from a crooked alternate dimension of this world.
